Annoying driving habits might cause rise insurance premium
An insurance company has launched a Road Respect campaign to improve the behaviour of the British motorists while driving. The good driving behaviour ensures road safety and results in lesser road accidents.
According to a research, around one third of the drivers get furious on other road users at least three times within a week. The survey recognised the reckless driving behaviour for the drivers who feel they do not posses any bad driving habit.
Many road users driving too close to the rear offend around 72% drivers. While around 68% of the motorists wish to make it an offence to use mobile phones while driving. Such driving behaviour risks not only the other driver but your life as well so, it is better to drive at a safe distance and use hands free to talk while driving.
The drivers who just make a rash cut led to making 68% of the drivers angry while around 65% of the motorists turn red when vehicles turn without indicating. This distracts the driver attention and they juggle to keep their car straight while other drivers are moving either ahead or sideways without indicating.
Around 45% of drivers cannot stand the drivers driving below the speed limit. Around 48% of the drivers feel bad when they give a way to a car and do not get a thank you. But 20% of the drivers state themselves as respectful while driving all the times and around 70% find themselves paying courtesy to other motorists most of the time.
